We needed to urgently send a shipment to Romania and had just two days for everything. They found a truck, handled the paperwork and got it out on time. Not every carrier is willing to take on such deadlines.

we deliver to
We work with 16 EU countries. Routes are established, trucks run regularly, so there is no need to wait until a full load is collected.
What
we carry
Curtain-side trailers, refrigerated trailers, low-loaders for oversized cargo. We take both full loads and shipments from a single pallet.
Curtain-side semi-trailer, 20–22 t, 86–92 m³, 33 europallets. Loading from the top, side or rear — the tarp and side rails come off, so long cargo and pallet-loaded equipment fit in easily. We carry building materials, furniture, appliances, packaged goods and components. Strapping and corner protectors are included in the price, anti-slip mats on request. Standard Poland–Germany direction — 2–5 days.
Refrigerated trailers, 18–20 t, 76–82 m³, from -20°C to +25°C. Every truck has a temperature logger: the client gets a sensor report after the trip, not just the driver's word. Frozen and chilled food, confectionery, beverages, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics. Multi-temperature partitions for two zones in one truck. The fridge unit keeps running in the border queue too — we factor that into the trip cost instead of billing it separately later.
Low-loader trailers up to 40 t. Height up to 4.3 m, width up to 3.5 m, length up to 24 m. Machine tools, construction and agricultural equipment, generators, steel structures, transformers. We handle the permits ourselves: on average 3–5 working days for a route through 2–3 countries. We plan the route around the specific load dimensions — checking bridges, tunnels and interchanges in advance, not finding out on the road.
ADR certified since 2019. Tankers of 25–30 m³ and curtain-side semi-trailers for packaged ADR goods. Classes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9. Drivers hold ADR certificates, we have an in-house dangerous goods safety adviser (DGSA), and trucks carry a full emergency kit. We prepare the ADR documents and emergency cards. The client provides the safety data sheet — everything else is on our side.
Groupage shipments from a single europallet. You only pay for the space you take: €80–150 per pallet up to 800 kg, or €50–90 per cubic metre. No need to wait for a full truck — routes to Poland, Germany and Czechia run on a weekly schedule. Delivery takes 1–3 days longer than a dedicated truck because of loading and unloading stops along the way.
Why the delivery date holds
A fixed timeframe is not a promise, it is a result of how the work is set up. Here are four things that affect it
Own fleet, no subcontractors
We do not hand your cargo to another carrier mid-route. The truck that collected the cargo delivers it to the unloading point. This means the timeframe depends on our schedule, not on when a subcontractor finds a free vehicle.
In-house drivers
Our drivers work at the company permanently, they are not hired for a specific trip. They know the routes, know the border requirements and they do not go silent. We plan the schedule in advance, so the truck departs on the agreed date, not when a free driver turns up.
We handle the paperwork
The most common cause of border delays is an error in the documents. We prepare CMR, invoices, export declarations and ADR documentation on our side and check everything before departure. Cargo does not sit at customs because of an incorrectly filled form.
Real-time GPS tracking
You can see where the truck is without calls and follow-ups. If a delay occurs on the route — a border queue, weather, roadworks — you find out immediately, not after the fact. That gives you time to warn your consignee in advance.
How
the process works
step by step
-
1
Request
You tell us where the cargo goes from and to, what it is and in what volume. Approximate figures are enough — we will confirm weight and dimensions along the way. We reply within an hour during working hours.
-
2
Quote and contract
We send the price, delivery time and vehicle type. The price is fixed — no surcharges for demurrage or fuel after signing. If everything suits you, we sign the contract and put the trip in the schedule.
-
3
Loading
The truck arrives on the agreed date. We prepare the CMR and export documents, check the cargo securing and send you photos of the loaded vehicle.
-
4
Delivery
You receive a GPS tracking link and updates at every stage — departure, border, arrival. After unloading we send you the signed documents.

of deliveries within the agreed timeframe
We regularly ship consolidated loads to Italy. It's convenient that they accept shipments starting from a single pallet — previously we either had to wait for a full truckload or pay extra. They stick to the schedule.
We transported chemicals, an ADR shipment. We used to have problems with this — half the companies simply don't have the clearance. Here everything was ready: labeling, permits, a certified driver. We crossed the border without delays.
We ship textiles to Spain. What we liked was that the price was quoted upfront and it didn't change on the final invoice. No surcharges for fuel or downtime, as often happens elsewhere.
We transport construction materials to Poland roughly once every two weeks. The truck arrives on the agreed date — not once has the schedule slipped in a year and a half. That matters most to us, because a crew is waiting on site.
