The client had sold an industrial machine tool to a Czech factory, and installation was scheduled for a specific date. The challenge was an oversized load at 3.2 m in height: on the standard route there were two bridges the truck couldn't clear, plus permits were needed in three countries. We routed around via Poland, obtained the permits in 4 days, and sent a low-loader.

Result: arrival in 5 days instead of the planned 7. Installation started on schedule.

Regular deliveries of frozen goods to a German retail chain. The buyer required documented temperature confirmation for the entire route. The challenge was summer border queues: up to 30 hours of standing time with the refrigeration unit running. We used refrigerated trucks with temperature loggers, and the client gets a sensor report after every trip.

Result: 47 trips in a year, no deviation from the required temperature. The contract was extended.
