How it started

Until 2013, Andrii Kovalchuk worked as a logistics manager at a large freight forwarding company. Every day he saw the same thing: an order came in, was handed to a subcontractor, who passed it to someone else, and by the third pair of hands the load had slipped off schedule. The client would call asking where the truck was, and nobody had an answer.

Taras Benko came at it from the other side. A long-haul international driver with ten years behind the wheel, he knew the routes, the border crossings, and how customs paperwork actually works.

In 2013 they bought two used tractor units and started running to Poland themselves. There was one rule from day one: a load we take is carried by our own truck.

How it grew

2013: two tractor units, one route, Poland
2015: first refrigerated trailers, expansion into Czechia and Slovakia
2017: 10 trucks, opening of our own repair facility
2019: ADR certification, transport of dangerous goods
2021: 20 trucks, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands
2023: low-loader trailers for oversized cargo
2026: 30 trucks, 16 EU countries

Principles that haven't changed

We don't hand loads over to subcontractors. Our drivers are on staff, not hired for a single trip. The price is fixed in the contract and doesn't change after signing. We handle the paperwork on our side, which is why a load never sits at the border because of someone else's mistake.

Today

48 people on the team: 32 drivers, 6 logistics coordinators, 4 client managers, a customs clearance specialist, mechanics and accounting. Office and repair base in Lviv. Trucks on the road every day.
